Male, Siamese, long-hair, young (1-2 years): Aster is timid, but craves affection. He was previously feral, but wants to please and come out of his shell. His luxuriant, soft fur is a pleasure to pet. He is unsure and naïve in interactions with other cats. Although he seems to get along with kittens, he would need carefully supervised introductions with adult cats.
Female, black, short-hair, kitten (3 months): Aurora is one of our first kittens of the season. She finds the world a little scary, but is super affectionate. She loves to be held and will reward you with a purr that belies her small size.
Female, tuxedo, short-hair, young adult (unknown): Bunny is sweet and affectionate with a cheerful attitude. She is a volunteer favorite and we can't understand why she has been overlooked. She gets along with mellow cats, but can be fearful of more aggressive cats.
Male, tabby, short-hair, young adult (2.5 years): Desert is beautiful, but shy and semi-feral. He gets along with other cats, particularly other males.
Female, siamese, short-hair, senior (10-11 years): Lavender is a little timid, but sweet and friendly with people she knows. She is food motivated, and mostly ignores other cats.
Male, siamese, short-hair, adult (unknown): Leo is affectionate, but with a little attitude. This handsome guy is a ladies man and gets along with most adult, female cats.
Female, tuxedo, long-hair, senior (unknown): Maggie is friendly and quiet. She is old enough that she doesn't put up with nonsense, but gets along with mellow cats. She'd love to spend her remaining years in a quiet home, curled up in a ray of sunshine or on your lap.
Female, tuxedo, long-hair, adult (unknown): Mamba came in feral and pregnant. Her kittens have all been adopted. She eventually decided that she wants to be friends with people, and is learning how to enjoy affection. Will you be the one to continue her education?
Male, grey & white, long-hair, adult (5-6 years): Oliver is a big, stunning boy. He likes his space and can be a bit stand-offish; he likes affection on his own terms. He gets along with most female cats, but not males.
Male, black, short-hair, young (< 1 year): This handsome boy is full of spunk. He loves to play and loves people, grabbing your leg when you try to leave. He gets along with other cats too, and he'd love to meet you!
Female, white, short-hair, adult (unknown): Pixie was found abandoned and in rough shape. She is shy and fearful, but enjoys affection from a steady hand. She's looking for someone she can learn to trust. She gets along with other cats.
Male, Siamese, long-hair, young (1-2 years): Sedge came in with his brother Aster, but he was much more aggressive. However, love, patience and play have softened Sedge's edges, and his transformation has been a joy to experience. This stunning boy is looking for someone who will continue his education with more love, patience and play.
Female, tuxedo, short-hair, adult (unknown): Sushi is shy and working on gaining confidence. She is sweet and affectionate and gets along with other cats. She enjoys belly rubs from her favorite people.
Male, tuxedo, short-hair, adult (unknown): Sylvester is another big personality at HART. He is very friendly, but can be a little bitey. He's young enough to still be playful, but doesn't always have good manners with other cats.
Male, tuxedo, short-hair, kitten (< 1 year): This handsome boy is all dressed up for a party. He was feral, but has been learning to trust people and enjoy affection. He is playful and curious and treat motivated. He enjoys the company of other cats, and would love a forever home to continue to coax him out of his shell.
Female, tabby, short-hair, adult (5-6 years). Tofu is another shy, but extremely sweet and affectionate cat. In a foster home she blossomed. She quickly took to the resident dog and is friendly toward other cats. She has beautiful markings and a quiet personality.
